 Abstract 

The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that the problem of legal regulation of civil liability of the sole Executive body in corporations remains not fully studied not only in legal science, but also in practice. This article discusses the main problems associated with the legislative consolidation of the legal framework for applying sanctions to violators – individual Executive bodies. The main objective of the study is to highlight the main provisions and innovations in some articles of the analyzed regulations concerning the application of responsibility to the offender in the person of the sole Executive body. It is concluded that it is Necessary to develop a legislative act "forms of responsibility of the sole Executive body in a Corporation", which will directly regu-late the responsibility of the sole Executive body in corporations.
